Job Description:

Naturally Neat Co. is seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for cleanliness and detail to join our team. As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for independently cleaning residential, light commercial, and business properties. Our main cleaning hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Flexible start times are available for part-time employees, and evening or weekend work may be required based on client availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional cleaning services in line with Naturally Neat Co.’s core values: Reliability and Trust, Exceptional Quality, Customized Solutions, Health & Safety, and Satisfaction Guarantee.
Perform light, regular, and deep cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties.
Follow our proven cleaning process to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Maintain and properly manage cleaning equipment and supplies.
Use eco-friendly and non-toxic products to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous cleaning industry experience preferred.
Ability to provide a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC), proof of valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance as a condition of employment.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
Knowledge and proficiency in cleaning duties with a focus on attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
